They also serve buyers and interview them to accertain their preferences and needs..They show buyers relevant listings and take them to and through properties offered for sale. They provide comparisons with similar properties sold recently in areas preferred by their clients.They act as negotiators between buyers and sellers, usually representing one or the other. They draw up purchase offers and counter-offers, set conditions of offers or sales and communicate with the agent representing the other party.
