Provide personal care to elderly, disabled, or convalescent individuals in the patient’s home or care facility on a regular basis. Care for wounds, administer medications, and help with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, and cleaning. Some heavy lifting as patients often need help getting in and out of bed, a wheelchair, the bath, or a car. Monitor the health of patients and document the care provided and report any observations.
