Work directly with executives, managing their schedules, making travel arrangements, preparing memos and documents, finding information, receiving visitors, setting up conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Research and prepare financial and statistical reports, invoices, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Coordinate and supervise office records, payroll, budgets, personnel, and housekeeping. May supervise other administrative staff.
